Section 01

Eligibility & Registration

To open and use an account with National Casino Australia, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active.

Section 02

Your Account

Your account is personal to you. You are responsible for everything that happens through it.

Security & Access

You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential. Do not share your login with anyone, including family members. Log out after every session on shared devices.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately via live chat. We are not liable for losses resulting from shared or compromised credentials.

Verification (KYC)

We are required by law to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. This typically requires a government-issued photo ID and proof of address dated within 90 days.

We may request additional verification at any time — including source of funds documentation for larger transactions. Failure to comply may result in account suspension.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. A monthly administration fee of AUD $10 will be applied to dormant accounts once the balance falls below AUD $50.

You will be notified by email before any dormancy fees apply. To reactivate your account, simply log in. Accounts with a zero balance after 36 months of inactivity may be permanently closed.

Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned minus any applicable processing fees.

Section 04

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is approved.

Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses are offered to enhance your experience. The conditions below apply to all promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The standard requirement is 35× the bonus amount unless stated differently in the specific promotion terms.

Only real-money bets count toward wagering requirements. Free spin winnings are treated as bonus funds and are subject to the same wagering conditions.

Bet Restrictions

While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per spin or hand is AUD $5. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is pending may result in the bonus being voided.

Different games contribute differently toward wagering: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less. Contribution rates are listed in each promotion’s full terms.

Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not wagered within the specified timeframe — typically 30 days from issue — will expire and be removed from your account automatically.

Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Free spins must be used within 7 days of being credited unless the promotion states a different validity period.

Abuse & Misuse

Bonus abuse — including coordinated wagering, the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or low-risk bonus clearing — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and any associated winnings.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

Note: Real-money funds are always used before bonus funds. You may opt out of receiving bonus funds by contacting support before making a deposit. Once a bonus is credited and a wager has been placed, it cannot be removed from your account.

Gaming Rules

Malfunctions & Technical Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or disconnection, bets placed during the affected period may be voided and stakes returned. We are not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

Disputed Outcomes

Our game server logs are the definitive record of all game outcomes. In any dispute between a player’s device display and our server records, our server records shall prevail. All game results are final once the round is completed.

Jackpots

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our complaints procedure are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
